Calling all creative teens who want to while away a few hours being creative in a friendly and relaxed studio space. Our focussed technique classes are inspirational, supportive and offer the opportunity to build an exciting and varied portfolio. Your child will leave the club with a good understanding of an artistic process, increased confidence and self esteem and a carefully executed piece of art work. Class suitable for all ability levels.
Camp notes
CLAY PORTRAITURE
Ever wanted to try making a portrait bust in clay?
During this workshop students will be supported in creating portrait bust either using yourself as the model or alternately from source materials provided by us.
We will work from observation using mirrors, simple measuring techniques and anatomical principles to create a clay bust from air drying clay.
* Suitable for beginners or those with experience.
* Materials and tools provided.Â
* Please bring a smart phone (to take a self portrait) and a shoe box or Tupperware box to take your clay bust home.
Also dress for mess!
Holiday Camp Cancellation Policy
Please note Holiday Camp workshops can be cancelled if there is a low uptake for the session, we will give at least one week’s notice if a camp is unable to run.
